She was predeceased by: her mother L. F. Haire; her siblings, Faye Taylor, Voncille Tedrick and Reverend Joel Haire; and her husband William Hays.
She is survived by: her children, Muriel Ryder, Edward Hays, Elizabeth Porter (Pat) and Brian Hays (Jen); her grandchildren, Logan Ryder (Amanda) and Caroline Wilt (Caleb); her children, Anna Ryder, Travis Hays, Sydney Hays, Michael Hays (Sarah), Hays Porter (Emily), Joel Porter, Will Porter, Cole Hays, Troy Hays, Carly Hays, Cade Ashcraft and Jake Ashcraft; and her great grandchildren, Gabe Ryder, Zane Ryder and Finn Wilt.
