He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Norris and Joy Norris; his brothers, Mark, Paul and Philip; his parents-in-law, Maynard and Louella Upshaw; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas, Clint and Troy Upshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise "Pat" Upshaw Norris; his grandchildren, Collin Norris (Anna), Erin Senn (Webster) and JC Norris (Kaylee); his brother David Norris; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth, Craig Kent, Francis Hammons and Dora Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (1515 S Service Rd W, Ruston, LA 71270). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (1127 Mondy Rd, Ruston, LA 71270).
