He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert G. Casey, Sr. and Georgia Hays Casey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Casey; his children, Herbert "Trey" G. Casey, III and Colleen Welch (David); his grandchildren, H. G. Casey IV, Kristen Carter (Joe David, Jr.), Sydney Marie Rogers, Connor Welch, Megan Leboeuf and Faith Welch; his great grandchildren, Dawson Carter, Lorelei Carter, Braydon Smith and Alyssa Autin; and his sister Tonia Thompson (Fred).
