She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vera Marie and Mike Abraham Mickel; her husband Doyne Batterton; her brothers, Mike Mickel, Jr., Hardy Mickel and Robert Mickel; her siblings-in-law, James D. Scott, Sr. and Mary Lee Mickel; her sons, Donald Batterton (Christy), Ronald Batterton (Kimberley) and Michael Batterton (Betty); her grandchildren, Justin Batterton (Kitty), Stefanie Batterton, Blake Batterton (Jennifer), Shane Martin, Hayle (John Houck), Maycie (Derick Duncan), Baylie (Cameron Hicks), Kristian Batterton, Logan Batterton and Taylor Batterton; her great grandchildren, Lyza Martin, Alex Seymour, Gunnar Batterton, Eva Batterton, Ricky Cook, Liam Houck, Andrew Houck, Josiah Batterton, Elias Batterton and Savannah Grace Hicks; her sister Julia Mae Scott; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Mickel. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
