He is survived by: his wife Lynda Ruth Hughart Blake; his sister Mary Jane Patten; his sons, Todd Blake (JoAnn) of Ruston, Louisiana. and Tony Blake (Jennifer) of Ruston, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Renee Arnold (Ryan) of West Monroe, Krislyn Bolin (William) of Houston, Justin Blake of Ruston, Louisiana., Landon Blake of Ruston, Louisiana. and Libby Blake of Ruston, Louisiana.; and his great grandchildren, Leilah Arnold, Beaux Bolin, Bradley Arnold and Charlotte Bolin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
