It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Kenneth Parkman of Ruston, Louisiana, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Maggie Bryant and Leslie Huell Parkman; and his siblings, Huell Parkman, Charles Parkman, Robert Parkman, Elizabeth Noe and Mary Colman.

He is survived by: his wife Callie Mae Parkman; his daughters, Carol Parkman Williams and Laura Ligon Parkman McElroy; his son-in-law Robert McElroy; his grandchildren, Maggie and Jack Williams; and his sister Betty Letlow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
