She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Miles Willis and Margaret Katherine Blackwelder Willis; her stepfather Jesse Collinsworth; and her brothers, Allen Willis, Tommy Willis and Charles Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Smith (D. J.) of Quitman, LA; her grandchildren, Rebecca Davis (Thomas) of Ruston, LA, Jason Reynolds (Valerie) of Ruston, LA, Bailey Smith (Anna) of Indianola, IA and Trenton Smith of Quitman, LA; her brothers, Danny Willis (Beverly) of Choudrant, LA and Billy Willis (Linda) of Ruston, LA; and her great grandchildren, Damien, Nicholas, Brandon, Ella, Michael, Isaac and Samuel.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations are made to St. Jude.
