He was predeceased by: his father Troy Garrett; and his sister Debbie Loggin. He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Elaine Garrett; his mother Patsy Garrett; his brother Doug Garrett; his nieces and nephews, April Campbell, Jason Garrett (Tina), Ryan Garrett and Megan Garrett; and his cousins, Elaine Jabbia and Bonnie Daughtery.
