He was predeceased by: his parents, A. I. McMichael and Ruth Burkhalter McMichael; and his brother Dick McMichael. He is survived by: his wife Faye McMichael; his sister Amy Waggener (Gary); his siblings-in-law, Vicki McMichael of St. Louis, Patricia Pharis (Roy) of DeQuincy, Louisiana and Jerry Smith (Lou Ann) of Ruston, Louisiana; and his stepchildren, Tammy McCall (Sean) of Mt. Holly, Arkansas, Vicky Weaver (Brian) of Calhoun, Louisiana, Ricky Watley (Sarah) of Downsville, Louisiana and Scotty Watley (Elizabeth) of Kilgore, Texas. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren, one step-great grandson, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
