She is survived by: her husband Terry Plamondon; her stepdaughter Katherine; her daughter Maggie Hudson Blau (Bruce); her grandchildren, Audrey and Anabel; her daughter Larkin Hudson Norton (Dean); her grandchildren, Emma and Liam; her son John Wesley Hudson IV; her granddaughter Charlotte Hudson Ochs (Paul); her great grandchildren, Thomas and William; her sisters, Duddy Garrett, Meg Jones and Beth Lyons; and her sister-in-law Carole Harris.
Donations may be made in her name to Rolling Hills Ministry and the North Central Louisiana Arts Council.
