He is survived by: his brother Karl McKinstry (Jill); his niece Elizabeth Passmonte (Joe); his nephews, Mark McKinstry (Heather) and Matthew McKinstry (Adelle); his stepchildren, Stephanie Haye (Chris) and David Humphries (Caroline); and his sisters-in-law, Mervia Walters and Bea (Don Thornton). He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews; 10 grand nieces and nephews.
