He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertis Tinsley and Lee Davis Tinsley; his significant other Billie June Thomas Tinsley; his grandparents, Clyde Ann Davis, Lee Tinsley, Annie Mae Barnett and Malvin Hood; his sister Ann Tinsley (Ferrell Pesnell) of Simsboro; his nephew Lee Lewellyan (Brandi) of Ruston; his niece Kelly Lewellyan Bond (Brent) of Simsboro; and also, Kathy Rushing, Angela Braggs, D. Darby, Zan Mason, Kim Smith, Shaun Grant and Bobby Goodgoin.
To honor Billy Mac's life of service, the family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Alzheimer's Association.
