He is survived by: his wife Patsy Attebery; his children, Paul Attebery (Dawn) and Beth Archer (Jackie); his grandchildren, Meghan Attebery, Karen Hersh (Jared), Ashley Hanna (Trey), Emily Guzman (Ryan), Taylor Brown (Walter), Shane Attebery and Sammie Attebery; and his siblings, Dorothy Bagwell (Maxie), Carolyn Green (Glen), Ellon Jane Taylor and Charles Attebery (Janice). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at the Kilpatrick's Memorial Garden (1270 LA-544, Ruston, LA 71270).
