He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen Hogan and Sarah Loise Hendricks Jarmon; and his brothers, Eddie Jarmon, Lee Jarmon and Willie Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Jarmon of Ruston; his children, Danny Jarmon of Ruston, Laurie (Tim Colvin) of Ruston and Kerri Jarmon (Michael Perry) of Farmerville, LA; his grandchildren, Macy (John Dover), Megan Jarmon, Emily Colvin, Malarie Jarmon, Sadie Colvin and Colby Jarmon; his great grandchildren, Emersyn and Ellis Dover; and his siblings, Jimmy Jarmon (Carolyn) of Choudrant, LA, Walter Hogan (Nikki) of Dallas, TX, Diane Jones of Boca Raton, FL and Donna Hamza of Boca Raton, FL.
Donations may be made in Billy's name to Temple Baptist Church in Ruston.
