He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Gullatt and Ruby Gullatt; his siblings, Sam Gullatt, Jr. (Marjorie Barnes) and Virginia Borchelt (Elizabeth Sehon); and also Glen Grigsby.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ferguson Gullatt; his children, Donna Hood (Richard) of Ruston, Laura Smith (Jimmy) of Shreveport and Randy Gullatt (Kim) of Versailles, KY.; his grandchildren, Graham Fuller (Morgan), Lauren Blackwell (Logan), Anna Barbiero (A. J.), Craig Smith (Lauren), Todd Smith (Emily), Erin McConnico (Jackson), Daniel Smith and Brooke Blackmon (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Bobbi Anne, Braxon Fuller, Bentley, Bailey Blackwell, Cooper Blackmon, Charlotte and James Smith; his brother Johnny Gullatt (Carolyn) of Austin, TX; his sister-in-law Jan Grigsby of Ruston; and his grandsons, A. J. Barbiero, Brandon Blackmon, Logan Blackwell, Taylor Gullatt and Jackson McConnico. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
