He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fredrick Winham and Mabel Hendrick; and his siblings, Evelyn Carter, Georgene Rhame and Jimmy Winham.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Winham; his son Marvin Winham (Kayla); and his grandsons, Stephen and Philip. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
