We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2019, at the age of 94, John Shaw (Rosepine, Louisiana), born in Homer, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmie Gill and Effie Mae Shaw; his children, Ronnie Lanrick and Kathleen Louise; his sister Marynm Shaw Bassett; and his great grandchild Matthew Gill Shaw, Jr..
He is survived by: his significant other Marion Love McKellar; his children, John Gill and Marynm Shaw Martin (Herb) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Sallie Sells (Josh), Samuel Martin (Chelsea) and Wade Martin (Anna); his daughter-in-law Phylis Shaw of Gulfport, MS; and his children, Amy Lewis (Shannon), Lisa Killebrew (John) and Matthew Shaw. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and extended family and friends.
