She was predeceased by: her sister Theresa Renee'Warren; and her grandparents, Ruth, Rhea Belcher, Addie Bell Cutrer, Deloyd Cutrer and Carl Warren.
She is survived by: her husband Michael William Douglas; her daughter Mikayla Jo Michelle Douglas; her parents, Mitchell Warren and Jodi Warren; her parents-in-law, P. J. and Fran Breaud; and her uncle Carl Warren, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
