She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Miller and Rita Miller; her husband Dudley Singleton; her granddaughter Kira Rose Brown; her great grandchild Logan Douglas; and her siblings, Larry Miller, Patricia Easley and Gloria Milton.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Brown, Jr., Ronald Dale Brown and Tracie Lorraine Brown; and her siblings, Kenneth Ray Miller, Todd Miller, Peggy Trabona, Carol Cosgrove, Elizabeth Davis and Sally Cannon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
