He is survived by: his wife Joann Oliver; his children, Alicia Owens (Terry), Charles Oliver, Jr. (Jessica) and Jody Oliver; his grandchildren, Sydney Oliver, Bailey Oliver, Kaleb Oliver, Blair Davis (Zach), Ashley Miceli, Dustin Oliver (Bailey), Alayna, Austin and Macee Owens; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Joshua, Jaxson, Mark, Hannah, Jackson, Breanna, Kayden, Cason, Isabella, Teagan, Harlyn and Finley; his daughter-in-law Pam Seals (Clint); his sisters, Beverly Coburn and Edna Leonard (Sam); his half-sisters, Irene Blades and Mickey Cade; his brother James "Jimmy" Oliver, Jr. (Janie); and his brother-in-law Everett Bernard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
