He is survived by: his wife Teri Miller; his siblings, Alex Miller, Lloyd Miller, Jebbo Miller, Kim Miller, Karla Berry and Lissa Karch; his children, Zane Prestridge, Terrie Miller, Kaitlyn Miller, Zacary Miller and Andrew Miller; his grandchildren, Shelbie Cook and Jaylen Walker; his niece Alexis Miller; and his nephew Joshua Miller.
