She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas James and Lula Mae Linzay; and her siblings, Tommy Mae Linzay, Audrey Faye Talley and David Linzay.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Ainsworth of Charlottesville, VA and Terri Paine of Bloomington, IL; and her grandchildren, Kacie Smith, Josh Ainsworth, Jordan Ainsworth, Jacob Ainsworth, Jami Ainsworth and Patrick Stephens. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
