He is survived by: his wife Connie Kohn Fondren; his children, Robert Shane Fondren (Beth) and Allyson Leigh Scarbrough (Justin); his grandsons, Luke Fondren, Graham Scarbrough and Benjamin Scarbrough; his nephew James Eric Fondren; and his siblings, Jim Fondren, William Earl Fondren (Elizabeth), Lloyd Ray Fondren (Robin) and Eva Fondren.
