She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tom and Betty Caroline Neal McDougle; her siblings, Nelwyn Dean, Oguilva McDougle, Curtis McDougle and Billy McDougle; and her niece Linda Kay Dean.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Ramsey; her sons, Andy Ramsey (Sheryl), Robert Ramsey (Frances) and Timmy Ramsey (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Nathan Ramsey, Holli Hays, Logan Stover, Courtney Ramsey, Bryan Ramsey, Chelsea Ramsey and Zachary Ramsey. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
