He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kilcrease and Lola Kilcrease. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Kilcrease; his son Jason Kilcrease; his sisters, Evelyn Wainwright, Sally Garner and Winnie White; and his nephew Mark Wainwright. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
