He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas "Pete" Franks and Laura May Foust; and his brother James Thomas "Little Pete" Franks Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Bruner; his grandchildren, Lane and Cason; his daughter Jana Sharp (Kurt Sharp); his grandchildren, Colt, Anna and Bella; and his siblings, Dalton "Pewee" Spillers, Randy Smith, Ezra Armstrong and Debbie Vialpondo.
