He is survived by: his wife Lera Ainsworth; his children, Chris Ainsworth, Cindy Ainsworth and Jonathan Ainsworth; his stepdaughter Lera Beall (Kenny); and his sisters, Estelle Cripps (Bud) and Gwen A. Cloud. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
