It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dewitt Lee of Robert, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Joiner Lee and Sidney Lee, Sr.; his siblings, Richard Lee, Raymond Lee (Alice) and Elaine Dunnington; and his brother-in-law Matthew Ballard, Jr..

He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Dantoni; his son-in-law Phillip Vicknair; his grandchildren, Logan Dantoni, Collin Vicknair and Breyla Dantoni; his siblings, Carolyn Lee Ballard and Sidney Lee, Jr. (Sharon Kay); his siblings-in-law, Lisa Lee and James Dunnington; and his caregiver Bobby Serigne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
