It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Rosch Manning of Robert, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Rosch and Odette Clouatre Rosch; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Manning; and her sister Joycelyn Rosch Robertson. She is survived by: her daughter Debra "Debbie" Manning Collins (Donald); and her granddaughter Caitlin Collins.

With COVID-19, restrictions social distancing and face mask are required to attend services.
