He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Noel and Alice Stoute Noel; and his grandsons, Travis Guidry and Craig Landry. He is survived by: his wife Lois Roddy Noel; his children, Kevin Noel (Heidi), Jeanne Noel, Nancy Roddy, Cindy Rheams (James) and Kirk Rheams; his siblings, Donald Noel and Rita Noel Waitz; and his grandchildren, Chivas, Kevin Jr., Wyatt, Misty, Raquel, Dylan, Desmond, Emilio, Abel, Jason, Christopher and Joshua. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
