He is survived by: his mother Teresa Abel Patterson; his daughter Maleigha Norman; his grandchildren, Dakota Keith Patterson and Lainey Diaz; his grandmother JoAnn Abel; and his aunts and uncles, Annette Kahl, Patricia Burk-Garrett, Janet Taylor, Edward Hyatt and Louis Kahl. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and dear friends.
