He is survived by: his wife Daryl Rusek Holmes; his son Stephen Holmes; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Gallagher; his children, Jennifer Holmes and Rev. Christopher Rusek Holmes; his daughter-in-law Rayne Holt Holmes; his brother Lawrence Holmes, Jr.; his sister-in-law Camille Moniotte Holmes; his brother Robert Holmes; his sister-in-law Eleanor Holmes; and his granddaughters, Phedra Holmes and Analia Holmes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
