He was predeceased by: his brother Marty Dock Powell; his nephew Matthew Dock Powell; his cousin Mark Kennemore; his grandparents, Charlie, Eura Powell, Boyd and Elbe Perritt; his aunts and uncles, Evelyn Mitchell Lee, Barbara Scalese, Brenda Curtis, Linda Powell, Margaret Powell, Perry Powell, Frank Powell and Eugene Mitchell; and his daughter Michaela D. Powell.
He is survived by: his parents, Sherry Perritt Powell and Mike Powell, Sr.; his wife Tillie Powell; his nieces and nephews, Marshall Powell (Destiny), Zachary Powell, Jax Powell, Bentley Luman, Mary Powell and Robertson; his great-nephew Nathan Powell; his great-nieces, Jocelyn Warren, Maddison Powell, Lilly Schultz and Aubree Powell; and his uncle Maurice Powell. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
