He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca; his wife Teresa Davis Powell; his sons, Bill Powell of Marthaville, LA, Dakota Powell (Natasha) of Robeline, LA and Clinton Ray Powell (Katie) of Marthaville, LA; his stepchildren, Valerie Ramsey (Wayne) of Galloway, TX, James Walker (Tryphena) of Joaquin, TX and Amanda Powell of Robeline, LA; his daughter Elsie Yvonne Powell; his siblings, Alton Powell (Susan) of Marthaville, LA, Stacy Powell (Dana) of Marthaville, LA, Loretta Greifzu of Robeline, LA, Lawanna Singletary (Jason) of Marthaville, LA and Laura Strahan (Steven) of Marthaville, LA; his grandchildren, Shelton Powell (Paige), Marvin Powell, Wendy Powell, Hunter Powell, Makayla Powell, Chasity Powell, Summer Person, Keith Shoemaker, Adrian Ramsey, Cole Powell, Kinley Powell, Kam Powell, James Walker Jr., Emmaline Walker and Josephine Walker; and his great grandchild Ellie Mae Powell. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
