He is survived by: his wife Amy Carter; his children, Amy Bass (Dewey) of Many, LA, Lucian Scott Carter II (Christy) of Marthaville, LA and Holly Carter (Michael) of Robeline, LA; his mother Sybil Carter of Natchitoches, LA; his brothers, Kris Carter of Scranton, AR and Nathaniel Carter (Hazel) of Sulphur, LA; his sister-in-law Kim Carter of Many, LA; his close friend Keith Berry of Natchitoches, LA; and his uncle James Berry (Debbie).
