Dwayne Lewis Obituary

He is survived by: his parents, Willie James and Mary Lou Shoebroek Lewis; his wife Nora Holland Lewis; his children, Chris Lewis (Alicia), Jonathan Lewis (Adna) and Breyannie Zentz; his grandchildren, Layton, Landon, Bryson Lewis, Jane Zentz, Elena Zentz and Jonah Zentz; and his siblings, Brenda Wade (Craig), Karen Mitchell (Willie) and Kevin Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Dwyane may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
