He is survived by: his wife Linda Lovvorn Mitchell of Baytown; his stepson Richard Dewitt Nugent; his siblings, Carolyn Toney, Audrey Malkki, Felecia Mitchell and Aubrey Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla Mathis, Holly Mitchell, Brandi Mitchell, Rose Mitchell, Courtney Sarpy, Ashley Durham, Kyle Baker, Sean Baker, Brock Carpenter, David Toney and Charles "Little C" Mitchell.
