It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Kay (Robeline, Louisiana), who passed away on October 21, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Kay and Hazel Kay; and his brother Paul Kay. He is survived by: his wife Nell Kay; his children, Brian Kay (Kim Kay) and Carla Salard (Paul Salard III); his grandchildren, McKailey Salard, Josie Mollette (Ryan Mollette), McKenzie Salard, Wyatt Kay, Jessa Kay, Wiley Kay and Janie Belle Kay; his great grandchild Margo Mollette; and his siblings, Jean Clark (Billy Clark), Kenneth Kay (Nina Kay), Mary Tucker (Robert Tucker) and Rhonda Rachal (Bob Rachal).
