He is survived by: his wife Deborah Patrick; his daughters, Daquari Griffith (Quinton) of Roanoke, LA, Daphne Patrick of Silsbee, TX, Amber Patrick (Justin) of Silsbee, TX and Nicole Patrick of Sulphur, LA; his sisters, Rhonda Louviere (James) of Vidor, TX and Joyce Lynn Patrick of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Alexys (Maxwell), Kade, Dawson, Ella, Bryceton, Abrianna, Deuce, Nekko, Michael, Brayden, Skyla, Jordyn, Madilyn and Tyler; his godchildren, Mandi Brown and Jayden Jones; and his niece Devan Powe (Crimson Tide Boo).
