He is survived by: his wife Frances Mills of Welsh, LA; his children, Markley Mills (Jennifer) of San Diego, CA, Elaine Keys of Saulsbury, TN and Tracy Waymire (Bart) of Saulsbury, TN; his daughter-in-law Sandra Mills of Sparks, NV; and his brother Timothy Mills of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
