He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kinchen of Washington and Marilyn Rose Jones Hawkins; his grandfather Freddy; his brother Stanley Kinchen; and his aunt Mable Johnson.
He is survived by: his child Kennedy Belton; his grandparent Irine Jones; his siblings, George Lee Kinchen, Sybil Kinchen, Tracie Wells (Curtis) and Kerry M. Kinchen (Leslie); and his cousin Marion Warren. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
