He was predeceased by: his parents, William Delaney and Margaret Viravec Delaney; his brother William Delaney, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Melanie H. McNulty. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia McNulty Delaney; his daughters, Sharon Lowe and Susan Frazier (Scott); his grandchildren, Timothy M. Lowe, Jr. (Anna), Christopher M. Lowe, Ainsley M. Frazier and Shelby N. Frazier; his sister Barbara Topley; his father-in-law Robert J. McNulty; and his cousin Susan Ireland (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many friends.
