Giacontiere Sr. of River Ridge, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Knight Giacontiere and Benedict Giacontiere. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bowman Giacontiere; his children, Jennifer Pittman (Keith), Melissa Gallagher (Dennis), Gretchen Kimball (Richard) and Richard Giacontiere, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Pittman, Jonathan Pittman, Elizabeth Pittman, Brendan Gallagher, Christopher Gallagher, Brian Gallagher, Hannah Kimball, Matthew Kimball, Hailey Kimball, Lauren Kimball, Caroline Giacontiere and Claire Giacontiere. He is also survived by 2 brothers, a sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
