He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Leigh Gibbens; and his siblings, Margaret Gibbens Handy, Susan Gibbens Fish (Ronald), Jeanne Gibbens Cook (Craig), Patrick Charles Gibbens and Thomas Benton Gibbens (Leslye). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
