He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian V. Campise Sr. and Camille O'Chery Campise; his son Michael Santangelo, Sr.; his grandchild Kristen Santangelo; and his siblings, June Spell and Roy Campise.
He is survived by: his wife Florentine "Sissie" Campise; his children, Pamela Daley (Tim), Julie Ferdinand (Zach), Kenneth Campise (Rhona) and Jeffrey Santangelo (Christy); his siblings, Janet Kring (Glenn) and James Campise (Romana); his sister-in-law Beverly Campise; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Michael (Alyssa), Christopher (Megan), Tiffany Santangelo, Kaylee Hornung (Justin), Michelle Daley, Steven Daley (Bry), Megan, Erin Kocher of Carlee Mass and Nick Shaw (Ashlea). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
