She is survived by: her sister Lawlene Crystal Bowers Kaplan; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Swain Kaplan Beychok (Benjamin Shelley Beychok), Caroline Ashley Kaplan Lemoine (Paul Kevin Lemoine), Laura Ellen Kaplan, Deborah Lynn Kaplan McKinnon (Shannon Patrick McKinnon), David Alan Kaplan (Aysha Mahmound) and Michael Crawford Kaplan. She is also survived by her family and friends.
