He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Balsamo Orr; his parents, John B. Orr, Sr. and Margaret Roche Orr; his sister Marguerite Orr Betbeze; and his niece Marguerite Caudle.
He is survived by: his nieces, Elizabeth Berzas, Nancy Mumphrey, Judy Showalter and Norene Betbeze Berzas.
