He is survived by: his wife Thelma Irma Haney Simoneaux; his parent Stephanie "Fannie" Gauthé Simoneaux; his daughters, Theresa S. Shurte (Paul), Susan S. Tompkins (David) and Diane Simoneaux; his grandchildren, James, Taylor and Mallory; his sibling Fannie Simoneaux; and his sibling-in-law Marilyn H. Ferrera. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
