He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Oscar Hultberg and Alice Peterson Hultberg; his wife Marion Simmons Hultberg; his brother John Hultberg; his son-in-law Robert Meadows; and his grandson Joshua Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Jan Hultberg Meadows of Elgin, Joanne Hultberg Gordon (Joseph) of Boca Raton, Florida and Jordan Phillip Hultberg of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Erin Meadows of Elgin, Texas, Kelly Gordon Zemil (Nick Zemil) of McLean, Virginia, Scott Gordon of Miami, Florida, Jordan Hultberg (Michelle) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Richard Hultberg (Kelsey) of Houston, Texas, Mary Katherine Hultberg of Houston, Texas, Catherine and Caroline Grace Hultberg of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.; his daughter-in-law Angela Meadows Paltadakis; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Meadows, Emery, Josh Hultberg, Lane, Ben and Charlie Zemil.
Due to current pandemic, the family will hold a Celebration of Life for Dr. James Eldon Hultberg, D. D. S. at a later date.
