She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Joseph Verloin DeGruy and Irma Mary Neyrey; her husband Lloyd G. Burkenstock, Jr.; her siblings, Yvonne Ganucheau and Harold Joseph Verloin DeGruy, Jr.; and her grandson Ryan G. Battle.
She is survived by: her children, Constance A. Burkenstock (Linda), Jeanette B. Battle (Erich), Harold L. Burkenstock, Sr. (Terry), Bruce G. Burkenstock, Sr. (Judy), Lloyd G. Burkenstock, III (Jane), Bryan A. Burkenstock (Susan) and Brent L. Burkenstock; and her grandchildren, Harold, Jr., Andrea, Bruce, Jr., Christina, Julie, Lauren, David, Elizabeth, Kathryn, Ashley, Jordan, Lindsey, Blake, Austin, Chandler and Blaze. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
